Pork Chops

Ingredients

  •   pork chops
  •   cider, heated
  •   mustard
  •   cream
  •   dumplings

Method

  1. Fry the pork chops for 5 minutes.
  2. Make the sauce: heat cider, add mustard, then cream. Pour over pork chops.
  3. Add dumplings and cook for 20–30 minutes.
  4. Serve with boiled potatoes and beans.
