Ingredients
- chicken livers, chopped
- butter
- onions, chopped
- salt and pepper
- brandy
- a little butter, extra, for topping
Method
- Fry chopped livers lightly in butter. Place in food processor when lightly browned.
- Fry chopped onions in butter. Add to livers and blend until smooth, after adding salt and pepper and brandy and a little bit of butter.
- Put into a dish to set in the fridge with butter on top. Serve with a scoop with toast.
