Ingredients
- ½ x 185g tin tuna chunks in brine, drained
- 1 tbsp salsa
- 1 slice wholemeal bread
- 1 slice white bread
- 2 tsp butter
- 8 slices cucumber
Method
- Mix half a 185g tin of drained tuna chunks in brine with 1 tbsp salsa.
- Spread 1 slice of wholemeal bread and 1 slice of white bread each with 1 tsp butter.
- Top one slice with 4 slices of cucumber.
- Spoon the tuna mixture on top, then add 4 more slices of cucumber.
- Top with the remaining bread slice and cut into four triangles. Wrap up.
