Smoked Trout Pâté

Ingredients

  • 225g/8oz smoked trout
  • 100g/4oz Anchor Spreadable Butter
  • 75g/3oz fromage frais
  • 3 tablespoons double cream
  • juice of 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Method

  1. Blend the smoked trout, Anchor Spreadable Butter, fromage frais, double cream and lime juice until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped fresh dill.
  3. Serve with sticks of raw vegetables.
