Ingredients
- 225g/8oz smoked trout
- 100g/4oz Anchor Spreadable Butter
- 75g/3oz fromage frais
- 3 tablespoons double cream
- juice of 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Method
- Blend the smoked trout, Anchor Spreadable Butter, fromage frais, double cream and lime juice until the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in the chopped fresh dill.
- Serve with sticks of raw vegetables.
