Ingredients
- wholegrain mustard
- 100g/4oz red Leicester cheese, grated
- 4 rashers back bacon, cut into strips
Method
- Spread wholegrain mustard over the base and top with 100g/4oz grated red Leicester cheese.
- Cut 4 rashers of back bacon into strips and lay over the cheese.
- Cook under a hot grill until done.
