Ingredients
- 400g/14oz canned peaches in natural juice
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- lemon juice, juice of 1 lemon
- 25g/1oz butter
- thick Greek yogurt
- cocoa powder, to decorate
- chocolate shavings, to decorate
Method
- Drain off the juices from the peaches; put one tablespoon in a bowl. (Top up the rest with soda water for a refreshing drink.) Add the honey and lemon juice to the bowl and mix well.
- Arrange the peaches flat side up in a shallow baking dish. Dot a little of the butter in the hollow of each peach, then spoon over the honey mixture.
- Grill for about 5 minutes until bubbling and golden brown. Serve with thick Greek yogurt and decorate with cocoa powder and chocolate shavings.
Notes
Top up the drained peach juice with soda water for a refreshing drink. Decorate with cocoa powder and chocolate shavings.
