Ingredients

  •   fillets of sole
  •   butter, hot
  •   sorrel, spinach, or parsley, chopped
  •   fresh lemon juice
  •   salt

Method

  1. Put fillets of sole in hot butter, sprinkled with sorrel (chopped) or spinach or parsley and fresh lemon juice, salt.
  2. Fry very lightly and put in oven 6 for 6-10 mins.
