Baked Potato Fillings

Ingredients

  •   crème fraîche
  •   butter, added after cooking
  •   onion, finely grated
  •   baked beans, warmed
  •   cheddar cheese, grated

Method

  1. Add crème fraîche and butter to the baked potato after cooking, or fill with finely grated onion and warmed baked beans.
  2. Top with butter and grated cheddar cheese.
  3. Either bake further for 15–20 mins in the oven, or microwave for 10 mins.

Notes

Two filling options given. Option 1: Crème fraîche + butter (after cooking). Option 2: Finely grated onion + baked beans (warmed). Both can be topped with butter and grated cheddar cheese, then baked further or microwaved.
