Ingredients
- crème fraîche
- butter, added after cooking
- onion, finely grated
- baked beans, warmed
- cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Add crème fraîche and butter to the baked potato after cooking, or fill with finely grated onion and warmed baked beans.
- Top with butter and grated cheddar cheese.
- Either bake further for 15–20 mins in the oven, or microwave for 10 mins.
Notes
Two filling options given. Option 1: Crème fraîche + butter (after cooking). Option 2: Finely grated onion + baked beans (warmed). Both can be topped with butter and grated cheddar cheese, then baked further or microwaved.
