Potatoes

Ingredients

  •   potatoes, par-boiled, then fried
  •   sausage, chopped
  • ½ tin tomatoes
  •   chilli powder
  •   parsley, chopped
  •   new potatoes, boiled, then sliced while warm
  •   salt and pepper
  •   oil
  •   lemon juice
  •   tomato sauce

Method

  1. Par-boil potatoes, then fry.
  2. Add chopped sausage and ½ tin of tomatoes and chilli powder.
  3. Serve topped with chopped parsley.
  4. For the second recipe: boil new potatoes, then slice while warm.
  5. Mix with salt and pepper, a touch of oil, and lemon juice.
  6. Serve with fish, with tomato sauce poured round the plate.

Notes

Two recipes on one card. Recipe 1: Fry after par-boiling, add chopped sausage and ½ tin of tomatoes + chilli powder. Serve topped with chopped parsley. Recipe 2: New potatoes boiled, then sliced while warm. Mix with S+P, touch of oil + lemon juice. Serve with fish, poured with tomato sauce + poured round plate.
