Ingredients
- potatoes, par-boiled, then fried
- sausage, chopped
- ½ tin tomatoes
- chilli powder
- parsley, chopped
- new potatoes, boiled, then sliced while warm
- salt and pepper
- oil
- lemon juice
- tomato sauce
Method
- Par-boil potatoes, then fry.
- Add chopped sausage and ½ tin of tomatoes and chilli powder.
- Serve topped with chopped parsley.
- For the second recipe: boil new potatoes, then slice while warm.
- Mix with salt and pepper, a touch of oil, and lemon juice.
- Serve with fish, with tomato sauce poured round the plate.
Notes
Two recipes on one card. Recipe 1: Fry after par-boiling, add chopped sausage and ½ tin of tomatoes + chilli powder. Serve topped with chopped parsley. Recipe 2: New potatoes boiled, then sliced while warm. Mix with S+P, touch of oil + lemon juice. Serve with fish, poured with tomato sauce + poured round plate.
