Ingredients
- 16 baby new potatoes
- 8 thick pork sausages
- 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 tbsp clear honey
- 1 small onion, cut into 8 wedges
- 2 eating apples, peeled, cored and cut into 8 wedges

Method
- Soak eight bamboo skewers in water for 15 minutes. Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water for 10-15 minutes until just tender, then drain. Twist each sausage in half to make two, cut apart and prick lightly with a fork.
- Mix together the mustard, honey and seasoning. Thread the potatoes, sausages, onion and apple wedges on to the skewers.
- Brush each kebab with the mustard mixture and grill for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until golden brown all over. Serve hot with herb rice.
Notes
Serve hot with boiled rice tossed with chopped fresh mixed herbs.
