Egg Fritters - Polish Style

Ingredients

  •   eggs, finely chopped
  • a little mashed potato
  •   onion, cooked
  •   breadcrumbs
  •   egg, beaten

Method

  1. Finely chop eggs and mix with a little mashed potato and cooked onion.
  2. Coat with breadcrumbs and beaten egg.
  3. Fry to warm through.
  4. Serve with parsley, cheese, or tomato sauce.
