Ingredients
- 1 large tin potatoes, drained and rinsed (Jersey are very good)
- lemon juice, a little
- Hellmann's mayonnaise
- flaked almonds
- ½ medium or 1 small onion, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- chives, chopped
- 1 shake paprika
- 1-2 tablespoons raisins
- parsley
Method
- Drain and rinse potatoes. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Best left 2 hours or overnight, covered in fridge.
