Ingredients
- spread
- caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 225g self-raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- orange rind, grated, from 1 orange
- 4 tbsp reduced-fat crème fraîche
- 1 firm peach, stone removed, cut into chunks
- 100g raspberries
Method
- Line a round cake tin with greaseproof paper.
- Place the spread, caster sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, orange rind and crème fraîche into a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
- Spread the mixture in the cake tin.
- Remove the stone from the peach and cut the peach into chunks, then scatter on top of the mixture. (Method continues on next part of card.)
Notes
