From Anchor Spreadable Butter

Ingredients

  •   Pumpernickel bread, sliced
  •   rye bread, sliced
  •   wholemeal bread, sliced
  •   Anchor Spreadable Butter
  •   smoked salmon, sliced
  •   avocado, sliced
  •   fresh dill, chopped
  •   lemon wedges
  •   blue Brie, sliced
  •   streaky bacon, crispy
  •   frisée leaves
  •   Parma ham
  •   pear
  •   cream cheese
  •   asparagus

Method

  1. Spread slices of Pumpernickel, rye and wholemeal bread with Anchor Spreadable Butter as a base.
  2. For smoked salmon and avocado: top with sliced smoked salmon and avocado and chopped fresh dill, garnish with lemon wedges.
  3. For blue Brie and bacon: top with sliced blue Brie, crispy streaky bacon and frisée leaves.
  4. For Parma ham and pear: spread with cream cheese, then top with Parma ham, pear and asparagus.

Notes

Three suggested topping combinations: (1) Smoked salmon and avocado: top with sliced smoked salmon and avocado and chopped fresh dill, garnish with lemon wedges.
