Method
- Spread slices of Pumpernickel, rye and wholemeal bread with Anchor Spreadable Butter as a base.
- For smoked salmon and avocado: top with sliced smoked salmon and avocado and chopped fresh dill, garnish with lemon wedges.
- For blue Brie and bacon: top with sliced blue Brie, crispy streaky bacon and frisée leaves.
- For Parma ham and pear: spread with cream cheese, then top with Parma ham, pear and asparagus.
