Orange Creams

Ingredients

  • ½ mascarpone
  • ½ double cream
  •   orange segments (or mandarin), from tin

Method

  1. Mix together the mascarpone and double cream, beating until thick.
  2. Stir in orange segments (or mandarin) from tin.
  3. Keep in fridge until served in individual dishes.
