grain mustard

Worcester sauce

plain flour

Method
- Melt butter in pan, add all cheese and cider over very low heat. Mix until all gooey.
- Add mustard, Worcester sauce, flour, paprika and egg yolk. Cook slowly for about 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, toast bread on one side only.
- Pour mix over carefully using a large spoon. Grill until bubbling and serve at once.
