Ingredients
- 8oz/225g firm white cabbage, shredded finely
- 3 small carrots, grated coarsely
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp French mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
Method
- Toss the cabbage and carrots together in a bowl.
- Mix the mayonnaise with all the remaining ingredients and combine it with the cabbage and carrots.
