Method
- Peel and grate the potatoes and onion finely.
- Beat the eggs until they become frothy and add them to the potato and onion mixture, together with all the other ingredients.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and drop tablespoonsful of the mixture into the hot oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown and serve warm.
