Belly Pork

Ingredients

  •   belly pork
  •   honey
  •   soy sauce
  •   mustard
  •   Worcester sauce
  • a small amount peppers, chopped
  •   salt and pepper
  • a little olive oil

Method

  1. Marinate the belly pork for 20 mins or overnight with honey, soy sauce, mustard, Worcester sauce, a small amount of chopped peppers, and salt and pepper.
  2. Dry carefully, and fry very quickly for no more than 2 minutes on each side in a very hot pan with a little olive oil.
  3. Put in a moderate oven for no more than 20 minutes.

Notes

Marinate 20 mins or overnight. Dry carefully before frying. Fry no more than 2 mins on each side in a very hot pan. Put in moderate oven no more than 20 mins.
