Ingredients
- belly pork
- honey
- soy sauce
- mustard
- Worcester sauce
- a small amount peppers, chopped
- salt and pepper
- a little olive oil
Method
- Marinate the belly pork for 20 mins or overnight with honey, soy sauce, mustard, Worcester sauce, a small amount of chopped peppers, and salt and pepper.
- Dry carefully, and fry very quickly for no more than 2 minutes on each side in a very hot pan with a little olive oil.
- Put in a moderate oven for no more than 20 minutes.
Notes
