Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, scrubbed and dried
- 1 packet Paxo Sage and Onion Stuffing Mix
- 1 oz butter
- 3 tbsp milk, warm
- salt and pepper
- 2 oz cheese, grated
- 8 small bacon rolls
Method
- Prick the potatoes and bake for 1½ hours.
- Prepare stuffing according to pack instructions.
- Halve each potato, scoop out insides and mix with butter, milk, stuffing and seasoning. Fill jackets.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for a further 10 minutes, garnish with bacon rolls.
