Sprouts with Bacon

Serves 8 Prep 5 min Cook 10 min

Ingredients

  • 675g (1½lb) Brussels sprouts, ready-prepared or frozen
  • 6 streaky bacon

Method

  1. Cook the sprouts in boiling water until just tender.
  2. Drain well and transfer to a warm serving dish.
  3. Grill six rashers of streaky bacon until crisp (this can be done in advance) or use the bacon from cooking the turkey and snip into pieces.
  4. Scatter the bacon over the sprouts.
