Ingredients
- 675g (1½lb) Brussels sprouts, ready-prepared or frozen
- 6 streaky bacon
Method
- Cook the sprouts in boiling water until just tender.
- Drain well and transfer to a warm serving dish.
- Grill six rashers of streaky bacon until crisp (this can be done in advance) or use the bacon from cooking the turkey and snip into pieces.
- Scatter the bacon over the sprouts.
