Ingredients

- 95g/1oz fresh root ginger, grated
- butter
- sugar
Method
- Place the beans in a pan, cover with water and bring to the boil. Cook for 5 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and rinse under a cold tap.
- Melt the butter in a small pan. Add the beans with the ginger and sugar and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
