Ingredients
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) French dressing
- 2 tsp (2.5 ml) tarragon, chopped
- 1 cucumber
- salt & pepper, to taste
Method
- Combine the dressing and tarragon in a mixing bowl.
- Score along the length of the cucumber with a fork.
- Dice the cucumber and toss in the dressing.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Cover and chill until required.
Notes
This will keep for 2-3 days in a refrigerator.
