Ingredients
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1kg/2lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 4 tbsp double cream
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 strips lemon rind

Method
- Heat the oil in a large pan, add the garlic and stir fry briefly. Add the Brussels sprouts and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until they just start to soften.
- Pour in the cream with the bay leaves and lemon rind and simmer for 3 minutes, then strain over the sprouts just before serving.
