Stuffed Bread Rolls

Ingredients

  • 6 baps or rolls
  •   salmon or tuna fish, drained and flaked
  •   parsley
  •   peas
  •   mayonnaise

Method

  1. Slice off the top of the baps or rolls. Remove the bread in the centre.
  2. Place baps or rolls on a baking sheet and warm in oven at Mark 4, 350°F, for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, drain the liquid from the salmon or tuna fish. Flake the fish and mix with parsley and peas, if used.
  4. Moisten the mixture with mayonnaise.
  5. Fill the baps or rolls with the mixture and put on the 'lids'. Garnish and serve.

Notes

To serve at home: put on individual plates. Can be served at a party or at home.
