Ingredients
- 6 baps or rolls
- salmon or tuna fish, drained and flaked
- parsley
- peas
- mayonnaise
Method
- Slice off the top of the baps or rolls. Remove the bread in the centre.
- Place baps or rolls on a baking sheet and warm in oven at Mark 4, 350°F, for 5–10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, drain the liquid from the salmon or tuna fish. Flake the fish and mix with parsley and peas, if used.
- Moisten the mixture with mayonnaise.
- Fill the baps or rolls with the mixture and put on the 'lids'. Garnish and serve.
Notes
To serve at home: put on individual plates. Can be served at a party or at home.
