Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 2 wheat tortillas, pre-cooked
  • 100g cheddar and gruyere cheese, grated, mixed
  • 2 spring onions, sliced diagonally
  •   cooked chicken, shredded

Method

  1. Heat a frying pan and place one tortilla in the hot pan.
  2. Layer grated cheese over, then sliced onions and chicken.
  3. Place the 2nd tortilla over (in pan) and press well down to squash the cheese.
  4. When the bottom tortilla is golden on the underside, turn over. When golden brown on the 2nd tortilla, lift out and cut into wedges.
