wheat tortillas, pre-cooked

cheddar and gruyere cheese, grated, mixed

spring onions, sliced diagonally

cooked chicken, shredded
Method
- Heat a frying pan and place one tortilla in the hot pan.
- Layer grated cheese over, then sliced onions and chicken.
- Place the 2nd tortilla over (in pan) and press well down to squash the cheese.
- When the bottom tortilla is golden on the underside, turn over. When golden brown on the 2nd tortilla, lift out and cut into wedges.
