Lentils with Bacon and French Dressing

Ingredients

  •   onion, chopped
  •   bacon rashers, chopped
  •   green lentils, drained, canned
  • a handful parsley
  •   French dressing

Method

  1. Fry chopped onion and chopped bacon rashers until tender.
  2. Add drained canned green lentils and a handful of parsley, and heat through.
  3. Stir in French dressing.
