Cheese and Tomato Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 white seeded baton
  • 175g/6oz Anchor Spreadable Butter
  • 25g/1oz Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato paste

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
  2. Cut the white seeded baton into slices, without slicing all the way through.
  3. Mix the Anchor Spreadable Butter with the finely grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh basil and sun-dried tomato paste.
  4. Spread the slices with the flavoured butter.
  5. Wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
