Ingredients
- 1 white seeded baton
- 175g/6oz Anchor Spreadable Butter
- 25g/1oz Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato paste
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- Cut the white seeded baton into slices, without slicing all the way through.
- Mix the Anchor Spreadable Butter with the finely grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh basil and sun-dried tomato paste.
- Spread the slices with the flavoured butter.
- Wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
