Ingredients
- 350gms salmon, tinned
- 50gms butter
- 1 egg
- 125gms breadcrumbs, fresh
- 1 lime, juice only
- 1 teasp mustard
- 2 teasp Worcester sauce
- spring onions, chopped
- salt and pepper
- Tabasco or chilli
- coriander, chopped
- mayonnaise
Method
- Put all ingredients together in a food mixer and process to taste — then taste.
- Shape mix into cakes and fry.
- Mix mayo with chopped coriander to serve.
