Snacks: Cheese Roll, Fruit Selection, Ham and Mustard Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 wholemeal roll
  • 1 teaspoon low-fat spread
  • 40g (1½oz) half-fat Cheddar
  • 2 small bananas, small
  • 2 satsumas
  • 1 apple
  •   wholemeal bread
  • 1 teaspoon low-fat spread
  • a scraping English mustard
  • 25g (1oz) ham
  • unlimited lettuce
  • unlimited cucumber
  • 1 tomato

Method

  1. Fill 1 wholemeal roll with 1 teaspoon low-fat spread and 40g (1½oz) half-fat Cheddar.
  2. For the fruit selection, serve 2 small bananas, 2 satsumas and 1 apple.
  3. For the ham and mustard sandwich, spread wholemeal bread with 1 teaspoon low-fat spread and a scraping of English mustard. Fill with 25g (1oz) ham and serve with a salad of unlimited lettuce and cucumber, and 1 tomato.
