Ingredients
- 200 gms fruit sauce
- 1 tin custard
- 150 mls double cream, slightly whisked
Method
- Mix together the fruit sauce, custard, and slightly whisked double cream.
- Place in cling film lined 3" rings, press down carefully so there are no leaks.
- Place in freezer for 3-4 hours. Warm rings carefully and lift off.
