Ingredients

• 3oz soft brown sugar
• 3oz cocoa powder
• 1oz butter
• 1 large can Carnation condensed milk

Method

1. Gently melt the soft brown sugar, cocoa powder and butter together.
2. Add a large can of Carnation.
3. Boil until it thickens and pour over ice-cream.
