Ingredients
- 4 slices bread, without crust
- ½ pint milk
- ½ oz butter or margarine
- ½ medium size onion
- ¼ teasp. powdered cloves
- pepper and salt, to taste
Method
- Place bread, in small pieces, into the liquidiser and blend.
- Put remaining ingredients into a saucepan and gently simmer for 15 minutes. Add to breadcrumbs.
- Blend until smooth.
- Reheat and season as required.
