Ingredients
- potatoes, thinly sliced
- leeks, sliced
- cheese, grated
- smoked fish, fried in a little olive oil, 2-3 mins each side
- a little olive oil
Method
- Thinly slice potatoes and layer in a dish.
- Cover with sliced leeks, then add another layer of potato slices.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Put in centre of oven at Gas Mark 6 for 40-50 minutes.
- Serve with fried pieces of smoked fish, fried plain in a little olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
