Ingredients
- orange rind, grated, rind of 1 orange
- juice of 2 oranges orange juice, juice of 2 oranges
- 4 tbsp apple purée, prepared
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 1.25cm (1/2") root ginger, peeled and grated
- 3 tbsp ginger wine, optional
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to the boil and simmer uncovered, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve poured over grilled chops or steaks.
