Ingredients
- 8-12 medium flat mushrooms, wiped
- 50g butter, melted
- brandy
- cream
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- seasoning
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5.
- Arrange the mushrooms in a greased baking dish and season well.
- Mix together the butter, brandy and cream and pour over the mushrooms.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Scatter the parsley over the mushrooms and serve hot.
Notes
If you run out of room in the oven, fry the mushrooms in the butter for about 5 minutes, then add the other ingredients. Brandy and cream quantities were not visible in the original recipe card.
