Ingredients
- 2 large onions
- 2oz breadcrumbs
- 3/4oz margarine or beef dripping
- 1 teasp. sage
- milk or egg and milk, to bind
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cook the onion in boiling water for 20 - 30 minutes. Chop.
- Blend the breadcrumbs. Add the onion and remaining ingredients and blend.
- Season to taste and use for stuffing goose, duck or pork.
