Sage and Onion Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 2 large onions
  • 2oz breadcrumbs
  • 3/4oz margarine or beef dripping
  • 1 teasp. sage
  •   milk or egg and milk, to bind
  •   salt and pepper

Method

  1. Cook the onion in boiling water for 20 - 30 minutes. Chop.
  2. Blend the breadcrumbs. Add the onion and remaining ingredients and blend.
  3. Season to taste and use for stuffing goose, duck or pork.
