Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

  • 6oz plain flour, sifted
  •   salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 fluid oz milk
  • 4 fluid oz water

Method

  1. Sift 6oz plain flour with salt and pepper. Add 2 eggs and whisk eggs into the flour.
  2. Add 6 fluid oz milk and 4 fluid oz water. Whisk until smooth. Leave standing.
  3. Heat oven to 7. Put the Yorkshire pudding tin in for 10 minutes.
  4. Then place the tin over direct heat (low) and pour in the Yorkshire pudding mix.
  5. Put in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes.

Tin is 11ins by 9ins.
