Ingredients
- 6oz plain flour, sifted
- salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
- 6 fluid oz milk
- 4 fluid oz water
Method
- Sift 6oz plain flour with salt and pepper. Add 2 eggs and whisk eggs into the flour.
- Add 6 fluid oz milk and 4 fluid oz water. Whisk until smooth. Leave standing.
- Heat oven to 7. Put the Yorkshire pudding tin in for 10 minutes.
- Then place the tin over direct heat (low) and pour in the Yorkshire pudding mix.
- Put in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes.
