Ingredients
- red cabbage, sliced thinly
- onion, cut into chunks
- oil
- apples, sliced
- some red wine
- a little balsamic vinegar
- a nut butter
- salt and pepper
- coriander
Method
- Slice the cabbage thinly. Fry chunks of onion in oil, when a little soft add the sliced cabbage and sliced apples.
- Pour in some red wine and a little balsamic vinegar.
- Cook for 10–20 mins, adding a nut of butter while cooking, along with salt and pepper and coriander.
- Cook for an extra 10–15 mins until tender.
