Ingredients
- 3 bottles fruity white wine
- ½ pint/300 ml white rum
- 3 one-litre cartons tropical fruit juice or orange juice
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
- 1 jar maraschino cherries
Method
- Mix all the liquids together with the fruit and serve with plenty of ice cubes for a cocktail with a tropical kick!
Notes
Also includes a separate Kir Cocktail recipe (makes 18 glasses): 7 bottles dry white wine, crème de cassis, 3 tbsp/45 ml brandy, 1 pint/600 ml soda water. Mix all ingredients together in a large jug and serve well chilled.
