Belly Pork Slices

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsps honey
  • ½ cinnamon stick
  •   black peppers
  • pinch salt
  •   water or stock
  •   belly pork slices, halved
  • ½ oz butter

Method

  1. Simmer for 1 hour, covered with liquid.
  2. Cool slightly then dry with kitchen paper.
  3. Put honey in a warm frying pan. Fry belly pork pieces, adding ½ oz butter while cooking for 3-4 minutes until brown.
