Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsps honey
- ½ cinnamon stick
- black peppers
- pinch salt
- water or stock
- belly pork slices, halved
- ½ oz butter
Method
- Simmer for 1 hour, covered with liquid.
- Cool slightly then dry with kitchen paper.
- Put honey in a warm frying pan. Fry belly pork pieces, adding ½ oz butter while cooking for 3-4 minutes until brown.
