Ingredients

  •   potatoes, sliced
  •   onions, sliced
  •   milk or cream
  •   seasoning
  •   fish, sliced

Method

  1. Layer sliced potatoes in a dish with sliced onions.
  2. Add milk or cream to cover. Season.
  3. Place sliced fish over the top to cover.
  4. Put in a moderate oven for 15–20 minutes. Serve while hot.

Serve while hot.
