Ingredients
- potatoes, sliced
- onions, sliced
- milk or cream
- seasoning
- fish, sliced
Method
- Layer sliced potatoes in a dish with sliced onions.
- Add milk or cream to cover. Season.
- Place sliced fish over the top to cover.
- Put in a moderate oven for 15–20 minutes. Serve while hot.
