Potato Cakes

Serves 12 Cook 20 min

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mashed potato, mashed
  • 4 ozs plain flour
  • 1 level teasp. salt
  • 3 ozs margarine

Method

  1. Using the beaters blend all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Turn onto a floured board.
  3. Roll out 1 inch thick. Cut into 3 inch rounds.
  4. Bake in a hot oven at 475°F (Gas 8) for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with butter.
