Ingredients
- 1 lb mashed potato, mashed
- 4 ozs plain flour
- 1 level teasp. salt
- 3 ozs margarine
Method
- Using the beaters blend all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Turn onto a floured board.
- Roll out 1 inch thick. Cut into 3 inch rounds.
- Bake in a hot oven at 475°F (Gas 8) for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve hot with butter.
