Ingredients
- 2 small or halved chipolatas, cooked, small or halved
- Yorkshire pudding batter
- lard or oil
Method
- Place 2 small or halved cooked chipolatas in individual Yorkshire pudding tins.
- Add lard or oil to the tins and heat.
- Cover with Yorkshire pudding mix (batter).
- Cook in oven at gas mark 6-7 for 20-30 minutes. Serve at once.
