Mini Toad in the Hole

Ingredients

  • 2 small or halved chipolatas, cooked, small or halved
  •   Yorkshire pudding batter
  •   lard or oil

Method

  1. Place 2 small or halved cooked chipolatas in individual Yorkshire pudding tins.
  2. Add lard or oil to the tins and heat.
  3. Cover with Yorkshire pudding mix (batter).
  4. Cook in oven at gas mark 6-7 for 20-30 minutes. Serve at once.
