Ingredients
- King Edward potatoes, cut into pieces
- butter
- sesame oil
- garlic cloves, whole
- sesame seeds
- lemon zest, shredded
- salt
Method
- Bring King Edward potato pieces just to the boil and drain.
- Heat butter and sesame oil in a roasting pan and add the potatoes and whole garlic cloves.
- Roast for about 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and shreds of lemon zest and cook for a further 15 minutes.
- Drain and sprinkle with salt.
