Bananas - Caramelised

Ingredients

  • equal quantities sugar
  • equal quantities butter
  •   bananas, peeled and roughly chopped
  •   orange zest
  •   orange juice

Method

  1. Fry sugar and butter in equal quantities together with the peeled, roughly chopped bananas.
  2. Put bananas on a dish. Then, using the same pan, put in orange zest and juice with the remaining syrup and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Pour the sauce over the bananas and serve with ice cream.
