Ingredients
- equal quantities sugar
- equal quantities butter
- bananas, peeled and roughly chopped
- orange zest
- orange juice
Method
- Fry sugar and butter in equal quantities together with the peeled, roughly chopped bananas.
- Put bananas on a dish. Then, using the same pan, put in orange zest and juice with the remaining syrup and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour the sauce over the bananas and serve with ice cream.
