Ingredients
- 8oz/225g mixed salad leaves
- 4oz/100g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3oz/75g cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 6 spring onions, trimmed and sliced
- 3 celery sticks, trimmed and sliced
- 2 tbsp cress, freshly snipped
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 teasp English mustard
Method
- Place all the salad ingredients in a large serving bowl.
- To make the dressing, place all the ingredients in a screw-top jar, season and shake well. Pour over top of the salad and serve.
