Ingredients
- loin pork, with layer of fat, cut into pieces
- plain chilli sauce
- onion, chopped
- lard, hot, for frying
- coriander
- salt
- 2 tbsp good stock
Method
- Coat pork with plain chilli sauce and chopped onion.
- Leave in fridge 24 hours.
- Then cut into pieces and fry in hot lard until red/brown with coriander and salt. Add 2 tbsp good stock.
- Heat through and serve.
