Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • a handful dried apricots, chopped
  •   salad onions, chopped
  • 2-3 garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 orange, zest and juice
  • a splash sherry
  •   pork chops

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6.
  2. Put chops in an ovenproof dish with a handful of chopped dried apricots, chopped salad onions, 2-3 cloves garlic, 2 bay leaves, zest and juice of 1 orange and a splash of sherry.
  3. Bake for 25-30 mins basting occasionally, until cooked.

Notes

Serve with sliced cabbage.
