Ingredients
- a handful dried apricots, chopped
- salad onions, chopped
- 2-3 garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- a splash sherry
- pork chops
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6.
- Put chops in an ovenproof dish with a handful of chopped dried apricots, chopped salad onions, 2-3 cloves garlic, 2 bay leaves, zest and juice of 1 orange and a splash of sherry.
- Bake for 25-30 mins basting occasionally, until cooked.
Notes
Serve with sliced cabbage.
