Ingredients
- chorizo sausage, diced
- onion, chopped
- butter beans, canned, drained
- tomatoes, chopped
- a pinch smoked paprika
- fresh parsley, chopped
- rustic bread, sliced and toasted
Method
- Fry the diced chorizo sausage with a little chopped onion until tender.
- Add the drained canned butter beans, chopped tomatoes and a pinch of smoked paprika.
- Season, add the chopped parsley, and pile on to toasted slices of rustic bread.
